# Create a Post

## How to Create a Post

**Purpose:** Communicate to the entire company at once.

### Step-by-step:

1. Open Flow in the app
2. Go to the **“Posts”** tab
3. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner
4. Select **“Create Post”**
5. Enter a subject/title for the post
6. Write the message text in the field
7. *(Optional)* Tag colleagues with @ (e.g., “@Dan – remember Friday”)
8. *(Optional)* Attach files/images via the attachment icon:
   
     - **Camera:** Take a photo
     - **Gallery:** Choose existing media
     - **Files:** Upload documents
9. *(Optional)* Link to Inspectly content via the Inspectly link icon
10. Choose whether comments are allowed on the post (toggle on/off)
11. Tap **“Create”**

### After the post is created:

- Everyone in the company can see it
- You can see who has read the post
- Others can like the post (via long press)
- If allowed: Others can comment on the post
- Comments can also be read aloud (text-to-speech)

### Typical use cases:

- QHSE manager issues a safety instruction
- HR announces a company event
- Management shares important decisions
- Company-wide announcements about holidays or policies
