Create a Defects Insight report

In this article, you will find a guide on how to create a defect Insight report.

Note: Before a user can access the Insights Center, it must be activated in the user's user group.

What is a Defects Insights report?

Deficiency Insights reports are an effective tool when you need a clear overview of the distribution of deficiencies across your projects. By using building component lists, you can easily identify the areas where most deficiencies are recorded during the execution of the work.

For example, if you experience many recorded deficiencies in a specific area, such as "Ventilation" in your building component list, it may be a good idea to investigate the causes more closely to improve the quality of your work.

Additionally, you can export your aggregated reports to Excel for a clear overview of the distribution of deficiencies in your projects.

Create a defects insight report

Global ➜ Insights Center ➜ Select report ➜ Continue ➜ Select building components list ➜ Continue ➜ Select projects ➜ Generate report ➜ Export to Excel

By clicking "Export to Excel," you download an Excel file where you can get a clear overview of your recorded defects, organized by your building component list.
