Allow external organisations to upload files in ProjectWeb

This article explains how to allow external organisations to upload files in ProjectWeb.

Grant access to upload documents to a project-specific folder

Your projects ➜ Select project ➜ Click on Files ➜ Click on the three dots to the right of the desired folder ➜ Click on Edit

 

Click on External access ➜ Enable the "Allow externals to upload files..." feature ➜ Click on Save

Your selected folder will now be available in ProjectWeb, and your external organizations will have the ability to upload files to this folder and its subfolders.

 

Grant access to upload documents to a global folder

Global ➜ Click on Global files ➜ Click on the three dots to the right of the desired folder ➜ Select Edit

 

Click on External access ➜ Enable the "Allow externals to upload files..." feature ➜ Click on Save

Your external organizations will now have the ability to upload documents to the global folder and its associated subfolders.
